Rapport Leadership's Shipping and Return Policy
Shipping
Unless otherwise specified, standard shipping on all orders will be via UPS Ground. UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select and USPS Priority Mail shipping services are also available upon request. The costs for these shipping methods are calculated based on the total weight and destination postal code of the order. Total shipping costs will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process. To determine shipping costs before checking out, refer to the shipping calculator located on the shopping cart page.

Customer Satisfaction is Rapport’s top priority. All items are guaranteed to be free from defects. If a product is found to be defective, it will be replaced within 30 days. If replacement is unavailable, the purchase price shall be refunded and Rapport will pay any UPS return shipping costs.
Return Policy
All Items
All new or unused items may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. The original purchase receipt must be included with the return. Please follow the return instructions below.
Return Instructions
To return your order, please contact the Customer Service Team by e-mail at store@rapportleadership.com or toll-free at (800) 989-0715 and request a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please note that all returns must be made within 30 days of purchase, have an RA# and include the original receipt, otherwise they will be rejected. All returns are subject to inspection. Due to the nature of Rapport’s products, the return of used merchandise will not be permitted. Rapport reserves the right to refuse any returns when writing or tape has been added to the item or its original packaging. All products are to be returned in an appropriate sized shipping box that is safely sealed and secured with sufficient packing material to ensure product safety. Please ensure that the Customer Service RA# is clearly printed on the outside of the shipping carton. Ship the parcel via freight prepaid to:

An email notification will be sent once the order has been received by the processing department. Upon successful processing of the return, a credit on the customer’s account will appear for the cost of the item(s), minus any original shipping costs. Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credit to appear on their customers’ record. Accordingly, please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
Carrier Changes
Rapport Leadership International reserves the right to change the shipping carrier selected for ground delivery service. In the event of a change, prior notification shall be provided.
